Your role: As a field technical advisor, you will be the driving force behind our residential growth. Reporting to the sales director, your responsibilities will include:

• Promote our water treatment solutions to residential customers and develop new markets;
• Respond to inquiries generated by our marketing campaigns (ads, emails, phone calls);
• Conduct home visits to provide personalized technical advice;
• Support our current customers with attentive and professional service;
• Attend home improvement events (e.g., Expo Habitat);
• Work closely with a team that has over 60 years of combined expertise.

The ideal candidate:

• 5 or more years of experience in sales and business development;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to listen;
• Independence, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills;
• Team spirit and a positive attitude;
• Proficient with digital tools (CRM, Microsoft Office, etc.).
